1. Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing from store.vanquishmc.com or playing on the VanquishMC Minecraft Network, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Digital Items & Purchase Policy

All items, ranks, subscriptions, shards, and virtual currency sold on our webstore are intangible, digital goods for use exclusively within the VanquishMC network.

Rank subscriptions are recurring monthly charges billed until cancelled via Tebex checkout.

3. Refund & Chargeback Policy

All purchases made on the VanquishMC store are final and non-refundable. Attempting to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through PayPal, credit card issuers, or banks will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist from the network and Tebex store network.

4. Rule Compliance & Account Sanctions

Purchasing ranks or items does not exempt players from following server rules. In the event of a ban or suspension resulting from a violation of network rules, no refunds or transfers will be provided for active ranks or purchases.
